  1. What Tholeti Chandra Shekhar, retired Upper Division Clerk of All India Radio, Visakhapatnam wants to emphasizes here that Chennai has the special distinction of nurturing Carnatak music and its artists. Shri Papanasam Kumar, Staff Artist, All India Radio, Chennai who is an artist of that city must be proud to be associated with All India Radio, the sole harbinger of any music in this country and abroad. Though as a vocalist and purcussionist, Shri Papanasam Kumar might have achieved great heights during his service, but any art has no end literally. It is a perennial stream of joy and happiness. May Shri Papanasam Kumar continue display his talents to the society with much more enthusiasm.
